In April of this year, Jason graduated from the MBA program at BYU. It was a crazy two years. Living with his parents (which we actually loved), no income (which wasn't as bad as I anticipated), a new baby (who's a little darling, even though he cried a lot at first), and a lot of work (who knew studying could be a full-time job?). It was a great period of growth for both of us. I'm sure glad it's over.
We went to Macaroni Grill with my parents before the graduation. It was a long wait so they brought out these cute little fruit smoothies.
Looking for Dad in the mass of people in black hats and gowns who all look exactly the same waving at their families from that far away. As Jason walked into the Marriot Center in his cap and gown, the kids were all yelling from the car, "You look handsome, Dad." and "Looking good, Dad." All different comments like that over and over. We were both laughing.
Jude's already mastering funny faces and I'm pretty proud of my graduate.
